General
- I retain the right to refuse any project.
- I retain the right to use images and videos of the finished product for advertisement of my services.
- All files given will be for runtime use only. Live2D files may only be released under special circumstances with my explicit permission.
- The client must attribute any art and/or rigging credit in a plainly visible place, such as social media bios.
- The client must disclose any deadlines and debut dates upfront. If the deadline is tight, a rush fee will be quoted and included.
- The client must disclose any plans to re-sell the model should they arise.
- Use of my work for NFTs, AI, or blockchain technology is strictly forbidden.
Payments: Live2D
- For model art and rigging commissions, a $250 payment toward the total project price is required upfront to reserve a production slot. This payment is refundable.
- Additional payments of any amount may be made through the invoice at any time. The completed model and final files will be delivered after the invoice is paid in full.
Payments: Art
- Other art commissions follow a 50/50 payment split.
Revisions
Revision terms are discussed per project and depend on the type and scope of the commission.
Deadlines and Delivery
- Projects usually take 2–3 months.
- If you have any deadline, please disclose it in your request form.
Use
Usage terms are discussed per project. Any special use, resale plans, or public debut requirements must be disclosed upfront.
Intellectual Property Rights
- I maintain the right to share the commissioned work in my portfolio.
Refunds
- A full refund is only available before I have started any work.
- All fees and payments are non-refundable after project completion.
